The Nag Tibba trek is a popular and exciting trekking experience in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. This trek is perfect for adventure enthusiasts and nature lovers who want to explore the stunning beauty of the Himalayas. The trek offers breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, lush green valleys, and scenic meadows.
The itinerary for the 2 Nights & 3 days Nag Tibba trek ex Dehradun is as follows:
Day 1: Dehradun to Pantwari Village
On the first day, you will be picked up from Dehradun and driven to Pantwari village, which is the starting point of the trek. You will reach Pantwari village by late afternoon. You will then be introduced to your trekking guide, who will accompany you throughout the trek. You will be served a delicious dinner and stay overnight at a guesthouse or campsite in Pantwari village.
Day 2: Pantwari Village to Nag Tibba Summit
On the second day, after breakfast, you will start your trek from Pantwari village to Nag Tibba Summit. The trek is approximately 5 km and takes around 3-4 hours to complete.
The trail is moderately steep, and you will pass through dense forests of oak and rhododendron trees. You will also get to witness the stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks. Once you reach the Nag Tibba Summit, you will be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
You will then descend back to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Nag Tibba Summit to Pantwari Village and Dehradun!
On the final day, after breakfast, you will descend back to Pantwari village. From here onwards hike down to the road head. Our vehicle will then drive you forward towards dehradun for your onwards Journey.

It's always a good idea to be prepared before embarking on any trek, even if you have a guide. Here are some things to note and carry before going for the Nag Tibba Trek:
Physical Fitness: Nag Tibba Trek is a moderate trek, and it requires a certain level of physical fitness. Make sure you are physically fit and have done some level of training before attempting the trek.
Clothing: Carry comfortable and breathable clothes suitable for trekking. Pack warm clothes like jackets, gloves, and caps for the night as temperatures can drop significantly. Wear trekking shoes with a good grip and ankle support to avoid slipping and twisting your ankle.
First Aid Kit: Carry a basic first aid kit with essential items like band-aids, antiseptic lotion, pain relief spray, and any medication that you may require. It's always better to be prepared for any unforeseen circumstances.
Water and Snacks: Carry enough water to keep you hydrated during the trek. You can also carry energy bars, dry fruits, and other snacks to keep you energized during the trek.
Navigation Tools: Even if you have a guide, it's always better to carry a map, compass, and GPS device to help you navigate in case you get lost.
Camera: Don't forget to carry a camera to capture the beautiful scenery and memories of your trek.
Cash: Carry enough cash as there are no ATMs available on the trek. You may need to pay for accommodation, food, or any other expenses.
Environmental Protection: Carry a trash bag to carry all the trash generated during the trek, and dispose of it properly when you reach the base camp.
