Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Cochin and Trip to Munnar
When you reach the Airport/Railway Station at Kochi, our representative will receive you. Then will directly proceed to Munnar which is 140 Km away by a road trip of 4.5 hours. En-route you can visit the famous cascades like Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls. You can just stopover here to get a mesmerising view of the falls. At Munnar, we will drop you at the hotel and you can check in to the room. Take rest or go for a stroll in the Munnar town.
Day 2
Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, start with the sightseeing of tourist spots in Munnar. Proceed to Mattupetty, one of the prime picnic spots and experience amazing lake view, boating and horse riding. You can also visit Indo Swiss Dairy Farm with around 100 varieties of cattle. The main attraction in Munnar, the Echo Point is very close to the farm. Stopover the spot to get a panoramic view of Munnar and relish the thrill of hearing your voice echo. You can also travel around the popular sightseeing spots in Munnar including Poopara, Pothanmedu, Devikulam Eravikulam National Park, Top Station, and Marayoor. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3
Visit Ramakkalmedu and Trip to Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Munnar. Start the journey to the Thekkady via road. On route visit the popular tourist spot in Kerala, Ramakkalmedu. You can experience here the touch of winds and explore the tallest statue in Kerala - Kuravan & Kurathi. Reach Thekkady and check in to the resort. Relax for rest of the day. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 4
Thekkady sightseeing and boating
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Proceed to Thekkady Lake for boating and check Thekkady Boat Timings in advance to book tickets. While boating, you can enjoy the scenic beauty of one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves, the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary which is a Tiger Reserve.
Watch animals like Elephants, Spotted Deer, Indian Gaur, Monkeys, Barking Deer, and many endangered bird species etc. nearby in their own habitats. You can also engage here in activities like fishing in private lake, bamboo rafting, trekking etc. Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 5
Cochin Sightseeing and Departure
After the breakfast, check out from the resort. Proceed to explore the tourist spots at Cochin. Visit Fort Kochi and travel to Jew Street to discover its ancient Jewish traditions. The Chinese fishing nets at Kochi is a never to miss attraction. On the go, see the splendour of the Mattancherry Palace, St: Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica and much more. We recommend visiting one of the best Cafes in Kochi, The Kasi arts café for a delicious refreshment. Our representative will pick up you from there to Kochi Airport/Railway station on time.
